Operate with local respect, not platform arrogance
Napaling should feel locally respectful from the start. The platform is not trying to route around local operators, local government, or the basic realities of responsible business in the places where we operate.
Business basics
Napaling should maintain proper business registration, BIR registration, local permit coverage, barangay-level coordination where required, and a real privacy notice.
Local authority
Events, activations, and local launches should coordinate with local operators, MPAs, barangays, and LGUs instead of assuming the app is the authority.
Operational honesty
Napaling should not pretend discovery software replaces rescue planning, local site decisions, tourism regulation, or operator accountability.
Future expansion discipline
If the product later handles travel transactions deeply, reassess tourism and consumer-protection obligations before shipping that layer.
